Tasting with the Owner of Scarbolo!
The first of the incredible line-up of events in October, vineyard and winery owner Walter Scarbolo will be traveling to Athens and spending the evening with Five Points Bottle Shop and a few of our lucky customers! Scarbolo hails from the Friuli region of Italy where he now owns and cultivates 25 hectares. We will be tasting a cross-section of his wines throughout the evening which I assure you will make you fall in live with Italian wine all over again. Walter is a really great guy and will be ready and willing to answer all of your questions about his gorgeous wines. He will be here Friday October 16th, so clear your calendars. For those of you concerned about crowds, it is an AWAY game weekend!! We will fill you in with more details later, but for the time being please visit his website www.scarbolo.com to read more about the wines!
